Returns & Exchanges

 

Our goal is to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied and happy with their purchases at all times. Therefore, please read the instruction below to understand the different T&C for our Return Policy and Exchange Policy.

 

RETURN POLICY

We will be happy to accept the return within 14 Days from the date of delivery, provided if it is in perfect conditions (unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging, branded boxes and dust bags, if placed inside a protective outer box for shipping). However we regret to inform that returns for all accessory products aren’t applicable such as: Jewelry, fragrances, watches, sunglasses etc.

The returned merchandise should include the original packaging/tag, the supplier´s label and it should be in the same condition it had when received by the customer. The company reserves the right not to accept a return, if it does not fulfil the obligatory requirements.

There is a period of 2 days for any Legit return, such as if the item(s) is/are damaged upon delivery, having a manufacturing fault or whether the item(s) is/are not what you ordered originally from the website.

 

* No Shipping fee is required for legit returns.

* No return or exchange is allowed for items that are discounted at 70% or more.

* Items that are discounted from 30% to 70% will be subject to a charge of SAR 100 on returned and/or exchanged.

* Items that are discounted below 30% will be subject to a charge of SAR 55 on returned and/or exchanged.

Please expect minor scratches and/or imperfections on discounted items that will be dealt with policy mentioned above.

 

*Please note that any requests made for damaged items after the period of 2 days from the date of  the receipt, shall not be entertained.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchange is allowed only for Footwear products and within seven (7) days from the day of the receipt.

Exchange is only eligible for the same purchased value or higher.

 

RETURN PROCEDURE
In case of a return, customer is advised to make a request for a return by sending us an email at customerservices@colehaan.sa. After the approval of the return request, we shall generate a return label for our shipping company to be notified with the return order information. Upon receiving the return label, our shipping company will get in touch with the customer to ensure a time for the collection of the item(s).Once the item is collected, it shall be delivered to us and the customer shall be notified of the successful return.

 

REFUNDS
Refunds will be processed after fifteen (15) business days of approval of any return request.  After approval, we will issue a refund of the full face value of undamaged items duly returned (excluding, where applicable, the original delivery charges and cash handling fees). Once a refund is requested, we will contact the customer in order to manage the exchange or return. For further questions, please send an email to: customerservices@colehaan.sa

Any claims, changes or refunds related to the products purchased at Cole Haan SA’s chain stores or from any distributors of our brand, will not be the responsibility of the online store. Therefore, the customer must address such issues to the Brick and Mortar stores or agents in order to deal with the claims or questions related to such purchases.

 

CANCELLING AN ORDER
 In-case if cancellation of an order is required, customer is advised to send us an email at customerservices@colehaan.sa before the shipment of the order.

 

PROMOTIONS/SALES 

If you have already registered to our Website and hold an account, you’ll be notified in the time of the on-going promotions.

 

PAYMENT TERMS
All the payment details are transferred in a safe SSL encrypted form. Payment can be made by Debit/Credit card, Pay Tabs or COD.

 

DEBIT / CREDIT CARD PAYMENT:
To pay by debit/credit card the customer must provide card number, as well as expiration date and CVV code. This personal information will be handled directly by your bank, which is responsible for safely carrying out your purchase procedure. We accept all kind of debit/credit cards.

COD:
To pay via COD (Cash on Delivery) additional charges shall be 25 SR-/ only.
