Shipping Information

Once you finish the order, you will receive an email with all the information related to your order shipment.

Orders of more than SAR 500 are eligible for free delivery. Orders below SAR 500 are subject to a delivery charge of SAR 50.

The standard delivery time is 3–4 working days. Orders will be sent upon receipt of payment, provided that the payment is confirmed and that we have stock on hand. Stock unavailability may cause delays in delivery or cancellation of the order.

We are currently shipping to all cities in KSA only.

In case of any unavailability of stock at the time of the request, we shall respond to your inquiry within no more than 24 hours.

All deliveries in Saudi Arabia are completed within 3–4 working days. Once we receive your order, we make every attempt to deliver the item in the shortest possible time.

However, delivery may take longer than expected in some hard-to-reach areas, small towns, or rural areas due to weaker logistics connectivity that is beyond our control. We appreciate your patience under such circumstances and will keep you informed regarding your order.

These delivery times are approximate, and delays may occur due to issues with the parcel company.

During special promotions or sale periods, delivery may be delayed by up to 10 working days.

Claims Related to Orders Not Received

If the customer has not received the order after the stipulated delivery period, he/she must inform Colehaan.sa by sending an email to customerservices@colehaan.sa so that we can contact the carrier and resolve the delay.

Important Notice Regarding Mobile Number Accuracy

The mobile number provided in the shipping and pickup details is a critical part of your order. It is used to confirm delivery, coordinate pickup, and handle any exceptions such as product unavailability or delivery issues.

By placing an order, the customer confirms that the mobile number entered is accurate and reachable.

We are not responsible for failed deliveries, delays, or delivery to the wrong recipient due to incorrect or unreachable contact information.

If the mobile number is incorrect, this may result in the order being delivered to the wrong person, with no way for us to confirm or reverse the delivery. In such cases, we will not be liable for any resulting loss or dissatisfaction.
